I assist with the administration of project management and agile transformation initiatives. Responsible for coordinating the schedules of the training sessions, managing the registration process for attendees and assisting with the preparation of materials and resources for the sessions. Working closely with Nick to ensure that the training program is aligned with the needs of the organization and is delivered in a way that is engaging and effective for the participants. Overall, I help to ensure the success of projects and agile transformation initiatives.
